I don't unerstand the question. You can't really "delete" a WoW account, if you stopped paying for it, just reactivate it.

anyways, all accounts were wiped clean sept 07 because of some mods that were going around and to rid them blizzard had to wipe out everyone.

Go to the WoW site and look on the right of the page for "Scroll of Resurection". That's how you restore the account. IG you're a dumbass Blizz never deletes accounts.

Well I'm pretty sure you could start up old accounts way before scroll of ressurection. The SoR program started a couple months ago and gives you free play time if you can get an old addict hooked again. I think it's funny though. It's like taking your friend to a congratulatory crack party after just getting out of rehab.
