What programs do you use nowadays to get shit?

I used to download full albums all the time. DC++ was awesome and a few others I can't remember off the top of my head.

I cannot STAND incomplete albums or ones with different bit rates. I guess i'm just anal like that. I've got a huge collection but stopped for several years because i got busted by my ISP for downloading a movie off bittorrent. They didn't hit me with any suits, but they were very clear and stern about my downloading. They had even capped my connection.

Now I've moved and have a new connection under a completely different name. I want to be anonymous if at all possible. I was able to download a client that claims to be anonymous but no one's on it, and thus the share size sucks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps I'll have to go back to the depts of IRC. :\

If anyone's got a massive collection like I do of complete (and verified) albums I wouldn't mind putting my FTP back up.

PeerGuardian doesn't hide your IP, it just blocks potentially hostile computers from being able to connect to you.

alright megaupload is pissing me off. Is there something I'm missing? I couldn't download anything once I followed a link. So I downloaded the uploader utility (i'm figuring the upload is from their perspective--their upload, my download, etc).

It didn't do jack shit.

Seriously, take some anger management classes then try using the internet.

I get any album I want anytime by searching "album name" .rar on google or shareminer. This site too is great http://g2p.org/
