Wireless network problem

I have been having a problem with my wireless network. When I try to connect with my other computer it saw that I am connected and that the signal strength is excellent but I cant look at any website or play any games online. It is like that with all the computers that I try to connect wirelessly. The weird thing is that if I try to connect to the internet with my PSP it lets me. And I tried to reset my router and set up a new net work but the same thing always happens. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

You'll have to connect your router to your PC directly through ethernet connection, press the restart button in and then configure your router over again.

It's happened to me before.
