can't seem to upload a video

I tried uploading a video for 3 days now and everytime i do,it goes to 100% then says "checking for copyright" or something like that and it won't go any further. has this happened to anyone? if so how do i fix it? thanks.

You just downloaded the checking for copy right virus. How's you computer running now..

i just downloaded the checking for copyright virus? i don't think there is such a thing. and i didn't download it unless it came from this site and if it didmthen everyone can't upload either. and one person said he couldn't.
