flac decoder for windows vista help

Tried and failed toi install a flac decoder player on windows vista, any of you chaps or chappettes know where i can get it, thanks

Uninstall Vista, take your copy of the vista cd outside, burn it ritualistically, go back inside, reinstall xp, install the flac decoder, write to microsoft and complain about their horrible product which was released too early without too much debugging
