Well since pitchers and catchers have reported to their spring training sites, id say its time to make a thread and start talking about the upcoming 2008 baseball season and what your expectations are for your teams.

For my Indians I have no reason to believe we won't make the playoffs, I think from the experience of last year's heartbreaking ALCS we will only be stronger and if Travis Hafner returns to his real form he should hit 40 home runs no problem and that will help us alot, he sucked ass in the playoffs.

I believe Fausto Carmona was not a one year wonder, he has nasty stuff and reminds me of a young Pedro, C.C. will be solid but I doubt he will win the Cy Young again, he will probably leave cleveland after this season because our owners wont open their fucking wallets for a god damn thing. the rest of our rotation and bullpen is over-all very solid, mixed with our solid offense its just a scary team in my opinion.

If fausto pitches like he did last year, and our offense actually gives him runs when he pitches, he will win 20 games guaranteed.. he could have won 23-24 last year he lost so many 1 run games cuz our offense didnt do shit on his pitching days.

In other news, Josh Beckett looks like he was determined over the offseason after not winning the Cy young, he could be in the best shape of his life possibly...
