Has anyone gotten to level 11 in portal? For some reason when I beat level 10 I just go back to the loading screen.

Check the console to see if there are any error messages like "Missing Map" or something.

If it shows any errors then verify the integrity of the file in steam.

Weren't Nvidia advertising a demo for this game and Peggle? I think if you had that, you only got up to where you get both orange and blue portals.
Maybe you've not got the full game installed, but this demo-teaser thing.
