360 problem

When text is shown in a movie I'm watching on the 360 (like a 'do not enter' sign, for example) giant annoying spanish subtitles will pop up to tell me what the sign says. It doesn't sub conversation (subtitles are set to off), just the written word. Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it? It makes me angry (and crave tacos).

its probably the movie, not the xbox. I don't think you can remove it.

Son of a...the thing that sucks is it pops up at the weirdest places. Like when I was watching Sunshine the other day. There was BARELY in frame a sticker on a piece of machinery that said something useless like "do not remove' or some crap and I get a huge yellow text of spanish crap covering the action. Ah well, that blows.
