Game Problem

So here is the story. It's my senior year in high school so I don't do a damn thing. We have a LAN set up in a computer lab and we are getting tired of our current games. Since our school computers are kinda shitty we can't play any good games. The games we play are traded around on the computers and they are contained in a folder, to start the game you just open the folder and start the exe. It's not a virtual drive just a folder.

I want to take my old games and make them playable and transferable from just a folder with no disk so we can LAN them, and I don't want it to be a virtual drive. Can anybody please explain how I can do this?
