That's some bullshit. Sooo much money would be made for Rare if they would
let it be for Microsoft. Microsoft owns Rare, as remember, so they should be
able to get Perfect Dark, at least.

Nintendo holds the rights game, Microsoft holds the rights the code and level and object design, and Activision is the only company EON Productions has given the rights to make bond video games at this time. They all have to get together and get along which is an almost impossibility.

Microsoft have already created the XBLA version but they can't release it with out first sorting out all the rights and royalty issues first.
