Multiple accounts help

My brother wants to make an account here. I dont want mine to be banned ,and in the rules it says :

No Multiple Accounts: If there is more than one person using the forums from your IP address you will need to notify the moderators or you will be banned. If you are banned for any reason, do not make a new name, or you will be subject to an IP banning.

Where do i go to notify an admin?

You can PM one of the Moderators of the forum, you can find a list of them by going to the forum main page, scrolling down to the bottom where it says, "View Forum Leaders." They will make a note that your account and your brother's come from the same IP and not to ban you for multiples.
