Bioshock had some decent deaths in it. Same with Condemned. Shrug. I might play Bioshock again now.

Phantasmagoria is the nastiest one. I've never got sick to my stomach by watching something until I watched that video.

Yeah it was pretty gross... I wonder if Phantasmagoria 1 and 2 would run on PCs today. Never got to try them out.

Glad to see God of War on there. That's one of the only modern game that really warrants an 'M' rating.
EDIT: Hahaha that Phantasmagoria one is fucked up.

man i just watched that vid of him dieing, that was pretty bad.

Too bad youtube is banned on my work internet. I'll check the vids out when I get home.
I think in The Warriors when Ajax stomps on enemy faces repeatedly should have got a mention.

One of the nastiest death in my opinion is in resident evil 2 where you get a shotgun preferably upgraded, point it at the zombie's stomach and fire it at point blank range. You should split the zombie in half by doing that. Looks nasty.

I loved Phantasmagoria back in the day. It was so fun. My parents actually bought it for me when I was 4. I don't think they knew that it was a gory game. Lucky for them that I knew that it was just a game.
I thought that and the one where her head is ripped in pieces are the goriest ones in that game.
It WILL run on PCs today but, when you try to install it, it may freeze a couple times.
I just installed it like 2 weeks ago. Talk about nostalgic.

The final boss of Revolution X deserves an honorable mention. You literally shoot the flesh off his bones and the limbs off his torso while he repeatedly says "I've had worse".
