you can look for private servers for ragnorok online. Private servers are free, with some modifications.

you can also look for private servers for Ultima online. Those are also free, with some modifications.

www.conqueronline.com seems very good, but my computer is too crappy to try it out.

www.cabochon.com is the homepage for the MMORPG called wyvern rpg. its a lil textbased, but with simple graffic twist. i mean Simple, like snes/nes graffics. its dunguens are HUGE because many players created them.

www.tibia.com its dunguens are pretty big and i think its combat and magic system excels other small download free rpgs. its german, but the homepage is displayed in english. half of thier servers are in germany and the other half in the United States. Strange enough, i almost never seen any german people in the game, but mostly Spanish,Brazillian, Swedish and english. this is 2d

non download MMORPG

www.runescape.com its mainly stat raising. MANY features to try. does get a lil tedious. its combat and magic system falls behind tibia. it is 3d, but not that high quallity 3d.
