I know, I know...all music that sounds like them sucks, basically new "emo" music and all the other Sunny Day Real Estate copycats, but I actually enjoy Chiodos. They have some sweet riffs, drum beats, and synth stuff in some of their songs that I enjoy.

I just think it's weird because I hate that genre of music so much with bands like Dance Gavin Dance, Alesana, and all the other crappy scene bands

Anyone else like them?

I do, but I was afraid to admit it.

My friend and I like to sing it while driving around. That singer
is so high-pitched. My friend actually sung the acoustic version
of "Lindsay Quit Lollygagging." It was a pretty fuckin' intense moment.

Ya, actually and I'm not ashamed at all. I think it's something about the energy of their songs and most of them make me want to sing along.

aw, i like them too. they have a very different sound. and you shouldn't be ashamed of music that you like. if you like it, you can't help it. ;)

Chiodos is the only bearable emo/scene/screamo band.

Whatever the hell they're classified as, I enjoy them.

They're sweet live, I just saw them with Coheed and Cambria and Linkin Park.

Defending Nickelback? I said they may have a shred of talent. Never
said I liked their music, but their drummer has proved through live solos
to be a decent rock drummer.

This is also rich coming from somebody who advocates Kurt Cobain and
Jimi Hendrix as the end-all of guitar playing. If you knew two shits about
music, you wouldn't be calling me out.
