With all this talk about GTA i want to download it on my computer. I was told i need to download an "emulator" first(im not good with computers). Whats the best site ot go to to download the emulator thingy and the games at?

GTA1 and 2 are free to download, R* released it a while ago. GTA3, VC, SA and IV are not legal to download.

I remember trying to download them but I was on dial-up at the time so I didn't bother.
