Yeah, dude, that game was the shit. I remember I played it on a demo, too. I think it was the purple disc for the PS1. I then rented it awhile after, but never finished it.

EA extended it's contract with the title of the NFL till 2012.. we'll never see another NFL 2k game, ever because EA will just keep extending the contract until someone realizes that it is a video game-monoply.

I'd have to say for a sequal, NFL 2k even though 2k Sports will probably never be able to touch the NFL again.
