People say it sucks because of how good people are online... is that true or are they just crying? cause i want this game.

I love the PS3 build. The hoverboard controlls are boss. Rand0m will be in here talking shit about it soon enough though...

To answer your question, the onlineplay is just like any other game for me, there are people that are really good and people that are really bad.

They just suck. The people on this aren't even as good as COD 4 online players. At least I found it that way. It's actually pretty easy online.

Ok, its shooting gameplay is solid. Because its exactly like the original UT. Now like the original it gets pretty boring quick. Thats why they keep it fresh by giving you hundreds of maps and loads of weapons.

UT3 has hardly any weapons, hardly any maps, hardly any game types. In short be prepared to get bored quick.

I think you should really speak for yourself when you say that the gameplay gets boring quick. The original U.T pwned so many hours out of me. It was a magnificent game.

I like it and still play it pretty regulary. It's a game where anyone can pretty much just pick up and play. The vehicles are awesome, guns are good, hoverboard is a cool addition and they've just released 3 new maps.

And no I have no idea were you get the idea of people being too good online. If anything there worse than most games.

Couldn't agree more. I actually feel like UT2k3 and 2k4 lost something from the original UT. I don't know what it was, but the first UT is just so much better for some reason. Don't get me wrong though, I still love UT2k3/4 though. Maybe it's just nostalgia?

I haven't tried out UT3 yet. My current computer needs a fan replacement, and I might not even bother since it's so old. When money isn't such an issue, I'll look into getting a new one. Looking to spend around 500-600 bucks, and I want something that can run Half-Life 2 (and equivelant) at a good 60 FPS. I figure that's a pretty decent price range for that.
