OKay you don't need to buy anything to change the name just dile *67 before you call and it will come up unknown on the caller i-d but on some houses they will not let the call go through but not a lot of houses have that. So say the number is 484 326 9529 do *674843269529

If you mean by faking the # on the persons call display it cant be done over regular residential phone system.
