I use Jasc Animation Shop for all the GIFs I make/modify/edit/etc which used to be bundled with Paint Shop Pro. I use a slightly older version so I cant accurately say if they still bundle together on the newer versions. Sometimes I'll try to use ULead GIF Animator but I dont know that product as well and as you can see from some of the better guys that work GIFs with Ulead, they get do some real good results.

they are normal on my pc but when i upload they get slow :(
i tried 5 different upload hosts and still the same speed :s
