Looks decent enough. They could've come up with a better name though (I mean, c'mon, Hancock??)
Also, he better have a weakness (i.e. fried chicken, reefer/crack, watermelon, hip-hop music) otherwise we have a tragic hero without the tragic part, and that's just lame.

I'm hoping that they haven't just put all the funniest clips into the trailer and the rest of the movie is as interesting/funny!

At least it looks better than last years big 4th July movie, 'Transformers'!!

Sure it is. Just because they don't copy scenes shot for shot like the two guys behind superhero movie do doesn't mean it isn't a parody. A drunk short tempered Superhero who's trying to salvage his public relations? It's a definite parody of the genre.
Hell, just look at the movie poster:

Id say they did. I heard that 35% of the movie is funny, and the other 65% is just drama sorta flick. BUt it does look pretty good mainly cause it has Will SMith!
