That being said...let's let the men who are proud to admit they like American Idol talk about it here. Personally, I think David Cook is for sure going to win the whole thing, as well he should. Brooke is annoying and I hope she gets kicked off next, she's a terrible singer, and doesn't even look pretty to me. My favorite Idol WAS Michael Johns, but the guy got robbed. ROBBED. And then I liked Carly, but she got kicked off too. Jason Castro used to be good when he wasn't a little bitch. He used to be all modest and shit, singing really well, now he KNOWS he's a really good singer and his recent songs have thus been crap. Looking back on his performance of The Beatles "Michelle", his work really has diminished since then.

I started getting into American Idol this year, but then Michael Johns (best guy) and Carly (best girl) got kicked off while Brooke and Jason stunk it up every week and stayed on. It's just about who is the most appealing to the teenie boppers that vote 5 times a night. So, I stopped watching it now because of the idiots that vote for it.

i like david cook a lot, no matter what happens he will have a c.d. out soon.

david archuleta though is by far the best technical singer on that show right now; crazy to think too because of his young age (17).

i think archuleta will win this season, and here's why:

there's already a very profitable market for him; right now it's the era of the 'tweens'. just look to miley cirus and the whole high school musical thing for proof. these are extremely hot topics in popular music right now, and archuleta could definitely slide right in that niche to sweep up tons of fans which directly equals money for american idol itself. archuleta is a huge money making proposition and A.I. would benefit greatly from his success.

cook is still my favorite though, as i said earlier. his voice is great for popular rock and he plays the same guitar i do, a white les paul. schweet.
