I don't think Blizz will do anything about this since you gave him your username and PW, and as far as i know trading counts is against the rules.

However, if you still have all your information and you can get some friends or guild members to prove that the other guy has your account and is logging in, Blizzard may get you your account back.

I got an account back for a friend i met on there after he got hacked. Had to fill in some form on the WoW-EU website and give them all the information, CD keys, security questions, everything, and he got the account back after about 3 days.

Lemme tell you what the guy was doing while he was playing you for the fool.

1) Logged into your Account.

(Laughing at you for being so gullible.)

2) Sent all your gold & useful items to a dummy account.

(Laughing with his friends, at you, for being so gullible.)

3) Bounced the gold & useful items through trade to another account.

(Laughing at you because he's African American.)

4) Mailed it to a friend's legit account he has access too.

(Laughing at you because there's nothing you can do about it.)

Yeah you kinda dropped yourself in this situation by giving him your info, the only time id give anyone my game account infos is if i knew them well IRL, because even if they stole it then atleast i could actually go to there house and beat them for it.

The only time ive been 'scammed' to do with a game has to be Ultima Online, played that game when i was like 11 and played it for many years, so i fell into some scams being young and naive but pulled off some good scams myself after i had played it for a while and learnt the ins and outs, most of the scams i got lead into were due to bugs and glitches though, which the GM's will do nothing about. My best scam was when i had cheques in my bank for 50,000 and when i was purchasing something off someone, id barter them to 500,000 or offer them it, get them to come with me to the bank and i'd say "cheque 500000" so they see me making a cheque for 500,000 gold, then they'd place the item in my trade box and i'd drop a cheque in, but the cheque would be a 50,000 one instead ( that i already had in my bank box ) and quite a few times people were too quick to click the accept box and/or didnt read the value of the cheque properly. No matter what they did they couldnt get there items back and neither would anything happen to me, getting scammed is usually a mistake you made yourself somewhere along the line lol.

Like this fuckin canadian i played with too, i had to go on holiday and this small tower i had which was in a great spot next to the biggest mines in the game so it was worth about 2mil, i gave him ownership of the house and said he can have it while im gone so it didnt decay, when i came back it had been transferred to a character with a different name, but the dumbass didnt realise i had already seen the other character who now owned it and it was an alternate character of his, i confronted him and he tried to ignore me for ages, but i jus waited outside of his ( my) tower and kept killing him etc until he gave in and apologised, then he gave me an even better house and access to as much weapons and armour etc as i needed. I guess i was the winner in the end!
