well you just got to go to a pve server... i played on gorefeind on wow, that server is the main gankage of wow, and i survived to level 63... but i was a rogue... so.. didn't have many soloing skills, and i wasn't pvp geared..

I watched my friend play on Saturday (and he let me create a character and play for about five minutes while he was on the phone), and I was intrigued. The graphics look great. He had just built a new computer that is a beast of a machine, but it still had some framerate issues, especially in areas with fog(though they improved when he turned down the view distance on the fog). I'd definitely be getting it, but I don't think my computer could run it very well.

Oh and WTF, I watched him play for like 2 hours and didn't see a single boobie! What the hell is up with that?

Those are my specs and it runs fine on my computer. Albeit, on low. It still looks great.
I haven't had any bug/framerate issues with anything yet.

Ive been playing the POM. You need to get to level 10 before you can fully enjoy the class. Basically a priest that does alot of aoe damage and heals. I can solo boss mobs very easily.

Tempted to get this game, but i havent played an MMORPG for a very long time so im not sure if i can be bothered, as ill be playing against people whose lifes revolve around MMORPG gaming and might take the fun out of it for me, i own at PvP in all games but im just not much of a grinder, does this game require you to do the same boring things over and over just to get a level up? or do quests and stuff actually have a fun side other than gaining exp and items ?

I just bought this game with a little mustered up money that I had left from christmas ( I also sold the orange box on 360 to EB games ) and I got it. I came home and installed it, started it up and it runs like SHIT. I thought my little lenovo laptop would run it because I played half life 2 on max settings but no, I walk 2 inches and my computer implodes. fuuuuuuuuuuuck

I have to admit I'm very much enjoying this game. I was a little disapointed with character creation with all that was hyped about it, but It was leaps better than WOW, and the visuals are as great as the combat system is engaging.

Now I'd like to point out that I have never once been able to get into an MMORPG, and not for lack of trying. I've tried dozens of games including: City of Heroes, Star Wars Galaxies, the Matrix Online, Final Fantasy XI, Ultima Online, Pirates of the Caribean, and I've tried WOW three separate times. I've just always gotten bored. Wow is about the closest I've ever gotten to getting seriously engaged with an MMO, but even then I was left wanting. I really hope this is the one.

If you liked WoW in the slightest bit then you'll probably end up liking this. They took out all of the bullshit like quests that could never be found, or clicking to target, or repair bills on your gear and now it's strictly business.
