Playstation Network Store to PSP

I'm trying to figure out how to get stuff from the Playstation Network Store onto my PSP. Specifically, I'm trying to download themes and demos and get them on the PSP. How exactly do you do that?

You download em' from this (http://store.playstation.com/game/index.vm) site, but you have to sign up once you do that, dl what you want you need a USB cable, then you can to transfer it to you're PSP.

Connect your PSP using the controller recharger/connector that comes bundled with the PS3 wireless controller. Connect your psp, select USB connection, download whatever u want from the store, install it on PS3, transfer files to PSP. You do need a suitable size of memory card though.
