I saw this story on TV last night I have not been able to track down many links to this.

One of the soldiers from Oregon said they treated everyone in the prison some were starving and others had gone without food for a number of days. There was a number of images and video from the incident but I could not find anything yet on this.

Yeah, that one sucks... no matter who mistreat them, itīs always the prisoners that come out short. Couldnīt access the page a second time though, the asked me for some membership? anyway, I hope these jailers are treated as they should, and punished in some way.

I was very impressed with the conduct of the soldiers, when they were unhappy with the orders to return the camp to the Iraqis they reported their findings to the media and to their Senator. They could have just left it alone but they didnt that takes nads.

Well, you have to remember most of the soldiers are outstanding people. It's like motorcycle riders. 99% of them are good desent people. It's the 1%er that makes trouble. You take the Austin meet. The cops aren't there to control the bikers. They are there to keep the kids out.
Same with the US military.
I think they got the order they did because the commander didn't want to get the bad media the last commander did. You have to remember a general lost her post over Abu G. Those guys get payed about $100,000 and sometimes they get blinded by the money.
