I know everyone talks about them, and many people are tired of hearing about them. I don't care. I think they are the greatest band ever. I find it hard to imagine such great music actually being created by humans....

Fav Album- Hard one, although I would say "Sgt. Pepper's".

Live?- Obviously, no. I would kill for a time machine though.

Fav song- Another hard one, I would have to say "Lucy In the Sky with Diamonds". Honorable mentions: "Strawberry Fields", "A Day in the Life".

Discuss.....

Here is a story of mine related to The Beatles......

As with many stories of mine I was completely blazed. I was shotgun in my friends car and we were driving, Sgt. Pepper's was playing. I closed my eyes and could actually see the Beatles recording the album. I saw everything in the studio, like I was there with them. I described the entire process to my buddies down to what each person was wearing. At that moment, it felt like the music was created for me.

Yes, they are bigger then Jesus.

The Beatles kick soooo much fucking ass. They're the greatest.

Fav. Album: hmmmm. Very had question. Probably Abbey Road or Let it Be. I'm not sure why lots of people don't like Let it Be. I think it's an amazing album

Live: Only in dreams...

Fav. Song: Don't make me choose..Right now it's probably A Day in the Life or Baby You're a Rich Man.

id have to say that the beatles proved that when you are playing live, monitors are not and absolute necessity. they proved this by singing perfect four-part harmonies without music...

oh yeah, and they of course were each equally talented because they all launched successful music careers after they broke up in 1970.

The Beatles were great but overrated. The Beatles were influenced by Dylan, the Byrds, and The Beach Boys. If it was'nt for these bands the Beatles would not have been able to come out with the great music they did. Also the Beatles, namely John Lennon ripped off Pink Floyd. They were both in Abbey Rd studios recording at the same time. The Beatles were recording Pepper and Floyd was recording Piper At The Gates Of Dawn. Lennon got chummy with the Floyd boys and took their ideas and put them on Sgt. Pepper. It's true!!!!!!!!!!

the beatles are truely a band to be remembered. I think that it is amazing that they can alter thier sound so much, like if i am listening to the radio and i hear a good song that i dont know who does it, i always ak my dad and usually hes like " yeah this is the beatles, good tune." but yeah they can go from like a distorted sound to a real clean easy going band. that is why i love the beatles.

my 2 cents

i dunno.....for some reason..which i do not know..i have never really liked the beatles that much. i just think there are bigger and better things out there than the beatles. i think that both they and jimmy hendrix are considered the best for all the wrong reasons, because they were the first (or one of) to do their thing. much more hendrix than the beatles actually. the beatles are among the top in their genre, i guess ive just never really been into that kind of music. but yeah hendrix is way overrated, there are many guitarists who are more talented both in technical and creative aspects. sorry off topic. but yeah ive just never been into the beatles that incredibly much. i respect them and think theyre good musicians, but ive just never liked their stuff.

please dont hurt me.
