If you gave them a good phone number, UPS will call you and leave a message saying you should receive a package.

Just call 1-800-4MY-XBOBX

the automated message should recognize your phone # and tell you.

1. Login at the official Xbox website http://www.xbox.com/en-US/
2. At the top bar, go to support then check repair status
3. Under registered devices should be your Xbox, click on it
4. Your repair status

To check using Purolator, go to the official Purolator website (http://www.purolator.com/) and under Track Shipment, put your reference number in the PIN Number area. Do not put it in the reference number area, put it in the pin area!

PS. You will get 3 different REF numbers throughout your repair.

The 1st one is the one that tech support gives you when you call for your coffin. It tracks the coffin from their repair center to your house.

The 2nd one is found on the return label that came with the coffin. It tracks the package from your house to the repair center.

The 3rd one will be found on the official site when they have fixed or replaced your Xbox. The reference number will be on the same page as where you check your repair status. This number tracks the Xbox from their repair center to your house.

Holy shit, did I just make my first serious post on EbaumForums? Gotta' lay off the drugs.
