Any classics i've been missing out on the last 8 years? This comp cant run stuff like Crysis or...uh, I dont know any of the newer games. There's couple games i've been thinking about getting, BF2 and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Are they worth it?

I dont like strategy games. And I actually have Diablo 2, but I cant see the charm in it. Fugly hack&slash.

I've started Diablo 2 recently too. Level 21 furfa...I mean druid.
Age of Empires 2 and Starcraft are awesome, but you don't like those. The only thing I can recommend is America's Army. It's a fairly decent free FPS.

Painkiller sounds like just the normal boring fps. I have GTA san andres and vice city, they were okay. Got Max payne 1, and have tried the 2 but it was rubbish. Mafia I havent tried. Sims is a girls game.
Guess i'm getting too old for video games.

Painkiller IS a boring "shoot left and shoot right FPS". Mafia you should try. Downsides are that you can't quick save and kind of slow overall pace. But on the other hand it has one of the best made stories ever for a game.

I remember playing black & white. I got drunk of power and started to throw kids from top of a cliff IRL.
Red alert is a strategy game I'm guessing, played both of the fallouts through, I wanted to play Morrowind but it's not working for some reason, hitman games are kinda lame, total war is strategy etc.
But i'm gonna try KOTOR and Mafia. Thx.

Try Stronghold: Crusader. The visuals are pretty outdated, but it still awesome. It's pretty much age of empires with the siege warfare and castle building jacked up.
I first thought it would be damn near impossible to build up resources, because it reminded me of 1503 A.D. (shudder). But once you get a good base you can stockpile quickly. Except wood, the woodcutters are a bunch of lazy fucking faggots.

Get Operation Flashpoint. The GOTY edition with both expansion packs. It has 3 campaigns that are all great, especially the Resistance one. This game never gets old with all the mods you can download.
The best part of the game though is the mission editor where you can create just about any scenario you want in a few minutes. I like to create a battle then play it over and over from different perspectives like helicopter pilot, tank gunner, paratrooper, or crazy civilian riding a bicycle through a city being blown apart :ahhh:

I love the Hitman series. They're a blast and don't take much to run. Also, try playing System Shock and any of the Splinter Cell games.
