I want a PS3, recommend games!

Okay, so I like really want to play MGS4 so I want to buy the bundle pack that has the game and a PS3 in it. Now before I spend all dat ca$h money on this, I'd like to know what the fuck else is good on PS3? Also, can you play PS2 and possibly even PS1 games on the PS3 because I'd love to be able to play THPS1 and Socom 2 without having to plug-in my damn PS2.

If you get the 80gb bundle with MSG4, you will be able to play PS2 and PS1 games on it. So no worries there. If you get a 40gb PS3, you will be able to play PS1 games, but not PS2. As for a recommendation, get Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. Badass game right there.

I'd get Unreal Tournament 3, it has mouse and keyboard support build right in. MGS4 most fucking definitely. If you own a ps3 and don't have mgs4, why the fuck do you own a ps3 to begin with? That's pretty much the only ps3 exclusive game worth having.

Thats why when my mates say im gonna get a PS3, I say don't bother unless yer a big Metal gear fan. They seem to think because the PS3 is more powerful supposedly all the games have better graphics, which I believe at the moment is far from the truth.

Not to mention the 360s cheaper.

Uncharted is a great game.
Resistence is a decent game, might be worth playing as you Resistence 2 will be out in a few months.
Ratchet and Clank was a lot of fun.
