Meh, sorry. I just looked it up on Google and it came up as 4 million, it seemed a little off. Lol. I remember going into EB Games and buying Diablo II around release, the guy working their said that they were sold out in a few hours but got another shipment the next day and that Diablo II was like the fastest selling game (at the time). I pretty much ran home to install it.
