Though im not sure about the health orbs. like will you still get potions too? just in case the orbs arent dropped when u need them?

yea.. even though the game looks ready to go, they'll probably still take forever to release it.

Though they could just be like one day. " o diablo3's coming out tomorrow" which has happened for some popular games before. Because come on. they dont need to spend ANY money on advertising. they are gonna sell like 50 million copies just by word of mouth and such.
