Ummm...I just finished a flash that I've been working on, I uploaded it to a site, and I noticed that after a while into it, the sound starts to lag...A LOT. Toward the end the sound's like 30 seconds ahead of the scene where it should show up. I'm experienced in flash, but I have no idea how to fix this. Anyone?

I have no clue about using flash, but it could be the audio format of the file, change the format and try it out.

It doesn't lag on my computer, but once I upload it, it does. Does this have anything to do with the site?

Yes, it has a loader. It's made in flash MX. The damn music ends up like 30 seconds ahead of the animation, and then there's a loooong period of silence at the end where the music should be playing over.
This is the link to it: http://www.2and2.net/index.php?i=view&d=Uploads/Flashes/American_Idiot01.swf

i've used flash a bit but not loads.
you can't shorten or lengthen the music because it would distort it so why don't you just cut the number of frames down. yes it'll speed some stuff up, but 30 secs worth of time over that much shouldn't be hard (alot of frames are repeated) presuming your using motion tweening?
you see your trying to match the length of the song to the animation whereas you should be matching the animation to the song length.
another option would be to just fade the song out with a finale on the animation???
hope this helps a bit.
