Compose music online

Does anyone know of any websites where you can compose music on various instruments?

There was this one a while back with a guitar where you could click on different notes and chords and it would play them, but I can't find it now.

I am looking for as for as many instruments as possible but especially bass. Halp plox.

Thanks, I were hoping to find something a bit more complex that I could compose real music on. I am actually a musician but I have messed up my hand so I can't play at the moment. I have a lot of ideas and I need a way to express them.

I'm sure I ran into a website that allowed you to do it ages ago but I can't find it for the life of me.

Any ideas people?

I doubt you can find something for free that's of the caliber you're looking for. I have no experience with this, but you'd probably have to look into buying Finale or something similar.
