Techo is what you're after? I highly suggest the Mortal Kombat movie Soundtrack.

It's seriously amazing stuff, however, there is a lot of different kinds of techno, what are you after?

For Pop Techno go with stuff like Alice Deejay and Melanie C.

For Industrial Techno go with KMFDM or Lords of Acid

For Trance Techno go with Daft Punk.

And for poppy DDR crap, go with Para Para Paradise and the Venga Boys.

just thought of another couple that i use to love loads.

they were called 808 State. absolutely wicked. original stuff from the acid house days, and made it into the charts twice a couple of years later (late 80's early 90's), fucking imense though!!!

and you can't forget about The Prodigy now can you, they were similar to 808 state but went more commercial as time went on!

just because someone likes this music doesn't mean that they don't like other "forms" of music. :p
