Ive seen it and it is good. Kind of alittle like Crouching tiger. Hopefully it is not cut too much or dubbed for the american release.

yeah, Jet Li kicks ass, the Crouching Tiger ppl will make the fights good, and Quentin Tarantino should supply gore. i havent seen it, is there much gore?

I own the movie, and to be honest its not nearly as good as the previews makes it out to be. I was really disapointed in it, but their were some decent parts in it for sure.

tarentino is simply bringing the movie and releasing it in US, it came out back in 2002, tarentino has nothing to do with the movie itself

As far as i know you can get it on ebay, and even then as far as i could see its a shorter version than was released in theaters in 2002.

I agree. It has parts that make the movie good, but, I too, was dissapointed, probably because there was too much drama in the film, but it had good fighting scenes.


The movie is sort of like Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon except it's about defining a Hero of China, so if you liked that, you should check it out.

I saw the real version at Otakon 2004 and I thought it was pretty good. It was like Crouching Tiger but with large armies present. The arrow scene was awesome

I very much enjoyed this movie. Fights were amazing and sad at times.. but i'd say the same for crouching tiger hidden dragon..... The plot though I thought was amazing. The acting was pretty good also. I think it will be a big hit here and it deserves it. I was impressed with the use of cgi, I think it was done in the right spots.

i watched the movie today, and i'd have to say it was "OK" but yeah thats just my opinion, kind of a dissapointment in the gore department, there isnt any blood at all hardly, maybe an pint throughout the whole movie? Guess the chinese didnt have blood back in that day? But the arrow scene and then when aborted assassination scene were great!

They show all the good scenes in the trailer. Everything else is just a slow story with some drama. I thought crouching tiger hidden dragon was much better as was its story line.
