Can't upload media files?

i've been trying to submit media to ebaum's world and it keeps giving me this message when i try to add something:

Error uploading media file: 301 (-200)

help please? ><":)

I get the same thing all the time.

Several people have posted about this same problem in a couple different forums on here, and no one seems to care to respond. Pretty fucking annoying considering that up until two or so months ago I was beginning to be a frequent contributor and now I can't submit anything.
