I really hope Bruce Campbell doesn't do this shit...he is so much cooler than Freddy or Jason...not to mention that Freddy versus Jason really wasn't that good. I don't even know that the inclusion of Ash could make it better...or even make me want to see it.

I'm down with another Evil Dead movie though...they all kick so much ass...Army of Darkness is easily one of my favorite movies of all time...

Bad info. The idea was being thrown about after Freddy vs. Jason was a commercial success. It was taken seriously for about a month, then the idea was discarded. Fanboys continue to hold on to dreams of seeing Ash on the big screen again. To put it bluntly, it ain't happenin' folks.

i'm going to assume that you're not just looking to get a rise out of someone and tell you to go to your local video rental outlet and rent Evil Dead 2, and the Director'S Cut of Army of Darkness.

they're not really scary.. but they are two of the best films ever made. i would recommend the original Evil Dead, but the 2nd one is basically a remake of it and is better anyway.
