Maybe where you're located. My wireless xbox works just as well than it did wired. Unless you have a really shitty router, there shouldn't be any difference at all.

It's only a top of the line Linksys router used with a PS3. You may think you're getting the same speeds, but have you actually tested it? A simple ping test shows that there is significantly more ping time for a wireless connection, although that shouldn't come as a surprise if you know anything about networking.

i use wired.

just for simplicity and its a hell of a lot easier to set up.
