View Full Version : Trying to re-register my bluetooth headset to my new ps3

PS3 broke, sent it to Sony, and they sent me another PS3. Now I'm trying to get this headset (the one that came with Warhawk) to register with my new PS3 and it won't do it because it's registered to my old one. It would help if I had the little manual that came with it but I threw it away or some shit.

So WTF do I do?

simply plug it in your controller for maximum convenience and being able to turn on and off seamlessly. oh wait...

Keep hold of the button on the headset until it flashes 2 different colours, then it should connect to the closest open connection. If that doesnt work you can always wait for this http://kotaku.com/5020959/take-a-look-at-sonys-official-bluetooth-headset

I don't have that headset, I've got the little shitty earpiece that comes with Warhawk. Jabra BT125 I think it is.

That's the same one I have. Just hold the power button until the light turns solid blue. Then go in to Settings>Accessory Settings(I think) and Register Bluetooth Device. Should find it alright.

Yeah but you will get a better deal if you buy it with the game considering the game is gonna sell for $39.99 alone. I don't see that headset selling for $20

Any socom not on the PSP has been pretty sub-par.
