You can always get a picture and the resize the head or whatever to avatar size and then use it.

i have a question about the avatars. how do you resize them. is there like a program you can get off the internet or sumthin. i have a few i like but they are too big. how do u do it?

Or go to the pic section, get a pic, go to a thread for avatars and ask someone to resize it. After resized, rep em.
