There's some Asian (I wanna say Korean) movie that I've been told about a few times, called Brother or My Brother or some shit.

It's about a guy in a room... thas all I know.

And lastly, it's been told to me by several people that this is the BEST MOVIE I'll see all year. I obviously haven't cared to remember it, so please help me remember the name of it so I can get it.

Could it be Old Boy?

It's only set in a room at the begining, but someone describing it might mention that so as to not give the film away. Oldboy is a truely great film.
