I listened to the CD a long time ago, I'd say like 91-93. The cover had a hummingbird on the front in front of a flower. It was a german band with lyrics in german as well. If anybody could help out with the name, I would appreciate it, been trying to find it for years now.

If it's techno type music, it could be E Nomine.

Yeah i hope "Reise Reise" will be a success. But when i think of the first sick single "Mein Teil" it simply can't go wrong ;)

@topic:
Well i live in Germany. Can't remember seeing anything that would fit your description though...
Do you remember some lyrics brackets, refrain etc.?

Sadly no, my memory is horrible. For some reason I just remember the CD cover and that I liked em. I know it's not much to go on but was worth a shot.

If it's electro-industrial, then chances are the band may be currently signed to Metropolis Records. Do the names Funker Vogt or Wumpscut ring a bell? Do you remember what kind of vocals they were? (singing, screaming, any vocal effects such as distortion, delays)?
Try looking at the artist list at http://www.metropolis-records.com/
Note that not all of most of the artists CDs have been published by Metropolis, so if a name looks familiar, but you can't find the CD on the list they provide, try searching them up using your favourite search engine :p .
Good luck! I'll let you know if I see anything.

first of all, it wasnt a sunflower on the cover of herzeleid, the flower was called a Gerberra Daisy. i know that i sound like a bit of a stickler, but who cares?
