I think you can in the video section, I'm not sure if they took away that option now. It was up, but if it was abused it would be removed. There is a sticky in the video section started by ebaum and someone explains how in that link.

Edit: And that sticky seems to have disappeared. Maybe search in ebaum's profile and search for the threads he stared and check it out. If I find it, I'll post it.

Okay, I figured it out. It is possible in the video section of the forum. Go to imageshack.us and upload the picture you want and copy the first link (the one that has [IMG] as the extensions and paste it into your message and your image will appear without a link. Don't abuse it. :)
