Any rock climbers out there? I have a couple of friends/acquaintances that do it and all say it's a blast. I wanna start, my best friend is into it, but lives 400 miles away, so my question is, how can I get into it without looking like a jerk by not knowing what to do?

I've always wanted to rock climb so I could develop some of those sick nasty back muscles.
