ok well, I recently picked it back up and started playing and what not. I am at a point in the game where I go to the assassin's bureau and he tells to go to this target but it won't show up on my map. It says 0/6 investigations complete on the start menu but once again the investigations won't show up on my map. I've gone to all the viewpoints I can but no cigar. I recently got the throwing knives if that gives any clue to where I am currently at in the game. Its hard for me to tell exactly what point I'm at just because of how sketchy the story line is. If anyone could help I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks.
EDIT: Okay, I just looked at it says I'm on memory block 4.

Stop playing.
Thats a terrible post, did you just do that to get you're post count up? If so then you're a lame, seriously dude don't even bother with shit like that.
Any other advice would be nice, good advice at that.

If you've hit every single viewpoint and have been to all of the districts, try heading to another city for awhile. Come back and talk with the dude at the Assassin's Bureau again, see if that helps.

I love glitches in that game.
I'd jumped off a building and through the ground a good 10 times.

K, thanks and I will try that. I'll tell you if it worked in a few

You really think it's a glitch? I haven't really noticed to many of them so far..

Hmm, it's tempting to say that it's a glitch, but try these things first before you conclude that it is: (in this order)
A) Make sure that there's nothing else to do in the bureau. There's one part that I remember where the conversation feels completed, but you have to go to the desk again before heading off for your mini-quests.
B) Change city and try doing the quest line there instead, then return later.
C) Load the memory slot that you're currently on again, so it restarts and you can redo it.

how do you load memory slots on certain quests? like my friend was saying something about that. Do you go to the memory log?
EDIT: Like I go to every bureau and they ask me how my search is going and then they say something along the lines of 'oh, I won't distract you any longer" Its like this in every fucking city, and if its a major glitch would I have to restart my file?
Thanks for the help.

Hmmm, you might not have gotten the actual viewpoints that you need. Is there an area on the map that is sort of greyed out, but you can reach instead of that blue wall blocking you out? If so then you need to climb the unmarked viewpoints in that area to uncover the investigations.
Basically, look for viewpoints on the skyline that aren't marked on your map, and then see if you can get to them.

K I figured it out, it must of been a glitch. I had to reload the last block, sorry I didn't respond earlier. Thanks for the help everyone.

Alright, niggaz. Enough of that.
Is Assassin's Creed worth buying? I have known the manager of my local GameStop for quite a while and he said it was OK at first but then gets pretty repetitive.
And, from what you guys have said, it's pretty linear, too.

Mine is good advice, stop playing and go pick up a book, if you get stuck in AC then a good ol' what the fuck to you.

I got too bored to even finish AC. Honestly, after you've played it for an hour you've done everything that there is in the game.
