Yea charges got eff in the but. But he did call it a fumble. Its just that he blew the whistle when the ball was still on the ground which kept it with Denver.

Either way, Charges had 2 chances to stop them and couldn't.

I'm sure the NFL would just love if the Denver fucking Broncos were successful this year, instead of the only legit team in Cali...:err:

That call will go down as one of the worst calls in history.

I am interested to see how everything will play out once they file a protest. There is a VERY VERY SLIGHT chance that the protest is upheld by the league.

That was really, really bad. Chargers got the shaft.

except that in the grand scheme of things it wasn't a super important game.

The replay clearly shows him calling it an incomplete pass...thus the whistle. Only after they reviewed it, did he call it a fumble. But, by rule, he blew the play dead so they don't even attempt to figure out who recovered the fumble.

Ed Hercules needs to get off the roids.

I'm guessing you never made a mistake before. He's got my respect because he admitted the mistake.

Not many people today, even in national spotlight, would do that.

Respect? Are you kidding me?
The S.O.B. cost us a divisional game win.

If I saw him walking the streets, I'd run him over with my car!!!

Jesus Christ, it's a single regular season game. People are making a bigger deal about this than when the Giants got screwed by the refs against the 49ers '03, and that was a fucking playoff game.

They are making a huge deal about it because they can't beat the Panthers. And they can't stop a team on 3rd down near the endzone and they can't stop a team from scoring a 2 point conversion.

But yeah, it's the refs fault.

Hell no there isn't a chance they'll change the result of the game. You gotta be fucking kidding me...

stop allocating your anger and desperation onto a referee who made a stupid mistake that any human could have made, place your anger back where it is stemming from......the fact that LT is on the way down and is taking the team with him.

But it's the league who is at fault, they need to change the rule so that a whistled dead play can be changed and the ref's aren't handcuffed in those type of situations.
