Big Problem

so i got warhammer yesterday and the servers opened up today and i installed my game to find that everytime i log on, it says "critical error. Warhammer terminated" i called tech support but it was EA's tech support and it sucks horribly...anyway did anyone else have this problem

ok seriously fuck this. i went to best buy and spent 200 fucking dollars on a new graphics card and an external and this shit STILL will not work. updated drivers, tried to start from the patcher, file checks, everything. nothing works. this is fucking rediculous
