COD4 Help: How the hell?

I was playing this little shitstain in a cage match and somehow he managed to get himself up here, circled in the picture below...

I seen him and killed him but when I asked him how he did it the reply was "Used your mamma as a trampoline" :lol:

You jump from the stairs to the magazine rack thing and then jump on the arc and walk up.

Or you can just use your mamma as a trampoline, it's how the pros do it.

There's vids of pretty much every glitch and wall climb there is for every level.

Just jump onto the small ledge that exists in front of those pipes ....turn sideways so your face is not staring at the pipes then make your guy lay down....scoot under the pipes and stand up walla...

Oh ya you can't see the ledge it just lets you stand on it...
