Just got it, started a season with my Wings.

Great game so far, there was an incredible deflection for a goal, that was very cool to see. It's a very smooth game, though the puck seems to react a little harder than it should sometimes. There is now a button to lift the stick of the opposing offensive player (A on 360), that's fun to use.

It's pretty good. Only reason to buy it is Be A Pro mode, which is great.


However... the fighting...

Possibly the worst gameplay mechanic of any game I've ever seen. Sloppy, HORRID animations, just disgusting. Looks like two retards fighting. 08 Had fine fighting, I don't know why EA changes it every fucking year.

I would like to update...

this game is way too hard. Even on pro I can't get a fucking goal. You need to set up redicilous plays, and if another player so much as looks at you, you lose control of the puck. So redicilous.
