Define "cheating the eRep system" please

I hear things about cheating the system and such...but I'm confused about what that means.

Is it cheating to look at videos in multiple tabs and such? To submit lots of stuff in a short amount of time? To use programs?


Please explain.

Taking advantage of a glitch in the system to gain eReps without earning them fairly. Also, submitting crap, keyboard mashing or copypasta blogs just to gain quick eReps. Submitting the same media over and over again is cheating, too, same with submitting comments that consist of one letter, copy and paste, or keyboard mashing. Also, using any kind of bot or automated clicking program to earn eReps is cheating. This list is not all inclusive.
